Anyone ever had this happpen before? I was on my bank account and have never had problems with their system (I use IE bcz it seems to work better...) when this happened:

? How is that even possible 
This has only happened once and when I closed IE and re-oppened their site it worked fine

Never happened to me... maybe your visual style is the dodgy one?

I doubt it...it would most likely have to be something to do with IE to do that...

Does it still give that malfunciton ? And does it too for other people ? If so, could you pass me the source of the page ?

no...it's just that once and I don't think it was the code of the page
