aaahhh yea sry but I have another problem 
whenever I log onto msn my picture is always randomized. I was just wondering if that is suppose to happen

Make sure you haven't selected the option "This is a public computer, so don't save my address book" in the Messenger options (Tools > Options > Privacy tab).
