need help badly - Printable Version

i have 2 problems no 1 problem i installed messenger plus correctly and i cant sign into messenger as i have a message come up "user doesnt exsist"
Number 2 problem is when i type a message it comes back saying that "the following message couldnt be sent" usually most times.
Is there anything i am doing wrong with this ,because i have no idea of what to do .
Would anyone be able to help with thesetwo problems as i'm really stuck..

quote:it seems that there's a problem with your internet connection. You can't really do anything. However, you can try to reinstall messenger. Maybe that solves your problem. Not sure, tho.
