Well, that isn't a bug..simply because it doesn't have four pages with your posts-per-page in user cp...still I suggest showing the last page of the thread (in your case the second page) :D

He doesn't need to check the settings for that... I could've told you the same thing and I can't check your settings....
It's just a common "problem" when people are using the "page=x" identifier in the URL; not everybody has the same postcount on 1 page...
