Is there a way to get your SMTP/IMAP email alerts through msgplus? If not this feature should be added.
Ex. Gmail ![[Image: google.gif]](http://shoutbox.menthix.net/images/smilies/google.gif)
(i believe can be accessed this way)

no messenger plus can't do this, however they are programs that can check for you. for example Gtray will cheak your gmail account for new emails

1. SMTP is the protocol for sending email. it can't be "checked"
2. u can use Pop goes the Gmail (use 
) to make Gmail POP accesible, which CAN be checked by 
, although if you just want alerts, there are programs that do this simpler.

Yea that's what I'm using right now (pop goes the gmail). IMAP is incoming and thats why I said SMTP/IMAP.
