Minimized display pictures when a new message window opens...
Has anyone made a plugin that does that?
Or does anyone know of one?

I like having the display pics on so that people can see mine and if I want I can maximize it and see theirs but most of the time I like just having the little arrow tab on the side so that I don't have a lot of room filled up by the pictures and side bar it creates.
I hope everyone knows what I mean by that...

This is already a normal MSN option, go to Tools > Options > Personal Tab > and Uncheck "Show display pictures from others in instant message conversations."

And BTW, Welcome to the forums :)

I'm afraid you've misunderstood.  Albeit to my inability to explain clearly, I'm sure.

When it is enabled you have the option to have it minimized in the IM.  When that is done it is merely the small arrow on the side of the text areas.  I shall post a picture in a minute or two to clearly explain.

This is the default for when I open the window when it is enabled.

This is what I'm looking to have whenever I open a new window.

Actually, that was my fault. I didn't happen to realize that there was no arrow when you enabled that option. Actually, I'm surprised MSN didn't enable the arrow themselves.

At this moment, I can't think of a plugin that has the ability to do this, but it is a nice feature that would be great to have.
