I have just installed Messenger Plus but still cannot see the option in "actions" to give someone remote access to my pc. Can anyone help please?

This option is only available, I believe, in XP/Server 2003. And it's not a Plus! feature - it's just a Windows function

well there is an option called "ask for remote assistance"
