Listen guys (and ladys:P)..
I was doing some fotos pasting in :|MS Pain:|(:)) and i thought that program was a bit RETARDED...so i decided to go after a good one on the net...
The best i found was this one...

that one is good...speacially those filters in it..
But it's free ware with some restrictions...

Ain't anybody got one that is free and it's as good as vimans photo editor or good?

Listen KittyAngel in the site to download PhotoPlus 5.5 there's another program named 3dPlus...
Is it good or what?
I'm just asking and not downloading 'acuse i can't exceed me download plafond(2 international gb...i've downloaded 1,7 this month..so i must spare some:))

Hmm what kind of work are you wanting to do? Just simple editing? Irfanview is free and lets you do that and much more. Its not something like Photoshop though, and the best choice for a professional editor would be the GIMP 2, but it might be too complicated to learn.

johny, 3DPlus looks more like those program that makes 3d thing, rather than edit the photos.  I never tried it before, but you can try it out next month, when your bandwidth limit is reset again.

I use Pixia by Tacmi. It's a lot like photo shop but free. Here is the Click Here

Or you can search Google for The GIMP. It's open source, so it's free to download and use. It is a little complicated, but that's because of all the features it has.
