Just downloaded the updated version of MsgPlus-301 and tried to install it. When I double-clicked the file on my desktop, a small black box about 2cm tall and 8cm wide appeared on the centre of the screen without any contents. It appears this has crashed since the CPU usage level rocketed to 100% and the box will take on the form of any windows which overlap it for any period of time. I am using Win Messenger v.5.0.0468 which has run Msg Plus perfectly in the past - is it still compatible?

Any help (however small!) would be greatly appreciated!

yes, it is still compatible. Download a new copy of plus! and try again.

What you will want to do is clear your Temporary Internet Files and redownloaded it. Does the file you are clicking on have the Plus! icon? Even if it does the exe may be corrupted, so clear your temp files and redownload it.
