Does anybody know where I can download the MS speech thing or whatever it is, for the DRM speech plugin to work. I have go windows ME, but i need the thing that is included with XP, which plays out the voice.

Lately, many threads were made about this plugin. Take a look at Changing the Voice in the RDM Speech Plugin and/or Agent Plugin.... and/or RDM Speech Plugin on Win98/MP!3

I was gonna Reply(well I guess I did anyway), but I see you posted links to 2 topics i made earlyier, nice, hell i forgot about changing the voice an now that u linked me back 2 it i'm workin on that right now
