Zone Alarm Security Suite with MSN by Maniac on 07-30-2004 at 01:09 AM

Well, I just downloaded Zone Alarm Security Suite off of neowin, and it is slightly annoying me. Everytime I open a convo it says:

*user i'm chatting with* says:
[ Zone Labs Security alert: Session not encrypted because -----@hotmail.com is not protected by IM Security ]

Any way to take this off? And yes I did set IM security OFF on ZA.... :S

UNINSTALL IT ALL in my opinion, it has known conflicts with Plus! and MSN Messenger.

No it doesn't? wth, it works fine with both applications, no hitches, no bugs, nothing.

I'll edit my post with a solution, hold on Ningc_Maniac.

Edit here's how to disable it:

1) open ZoneAlarm Security Centre
2) click on IM Security
3) click on Settings
4) click on Advanced...
5) Untick the second checkbox.

Done =)

Even so, Messenger Plus!, MSN Messenger and Messenger Discover work _fine_ for me, no bugs, no "C++ runtime error" no crashes =).
