MSN API Documentation Project by RaceProUK on 08-07-2004 at 01:16 AM

Since Microsoft seem unwilling to support developers by actually documenting the interfaces available in Messenger, I was wondering if people would want to contribute to a documentation repositry maintained by the people that matter: the users.
This way, if someone wants to know how to use all of the available APIs in Messenger, we could just point them to the repositry.
I think the best way to do it would be to set it up on SourceForge.

Whaddya think?

Although i'm not a developer i certanly like the idea. Get in touch with people at www.msnfanatic.com , there are some good MSN developers ut there. Although i'm not sure if SF is the right place to host it, won't this just be like documentation and source examples? I rhought SF only was ment for full software projets, but i have absolutely no proof of that anyway.

SourceForge is for all sorts: you can even have a regular website if you wanted.

I think that idea is very good. That would be useful to a lot of people. (Y) I don't know very much about the Messenger API so I'd like to see that done ;)

Both, with the possibility of more languages if people contribute.
