as you can see below, if you have a large webcam on the icon overlaps 
patchous obviously used the method of hooking the dim, and locating the image on the x and y positions, jwb recommends that you place a timer to check the position of the window every now and then

Uhm, where is your formatting toolbar on that screenie? 
. Because it is supposed to be displayed in the formatting bar. Without a formatting bar the icon shouldn't show at all.

That happened to me too, it just stays in the one position when you add your webcam. It moves back, or goes away for a little but thats it really...i agree with jwb about the timer.

Don't worry about a timer, the way its done is way more "clever" than that. There's apparently a bug, I agree, however, I'd like someone to give me precise instructions to reproduce it. Thanks!
