Okay soo i locked the preference thing for msn plus and my brother changed my password and now i cant get into the preferences. what do i do?

The only way around it is to uninstall Messenger Plus! without keeping your preferences. You will lose all your settings, including the password that was set.
Then, you can reinstall Plus! and the default settings will be in place, i.e. no password set
