msn accounts don't support live e-mail. edu115, i thought you were using an msn.com account?

I have a similar problem but i don't know if it's the same.

I recently closed my hotmail account, but after reopening it, messenger doesn't use it for e-mail.
If i try to send e-mails or check e-mails through MSNmessenger my outlook express is opened, and i can find nothing in the options to change this.

any ideas?

Have you tried uninstalling MSN Messenger and then reinstalling it?

Be sure to uninstall it first, just so the settings are set back to default. Don't worry this won't alter any personal account settings, just the MSN Messenger internal ones.
