I dont know but all ym contacts names have disappered and all i see know is there e-mail address and also the emoticons in there name dont apper i hate it like how do i fix it.

In msn messenger go to contacts>mangage contacts>view contacts by> contact names. and if thats already sset as that...
plus>preferences>contact list> custom contact names> disable from there.
