IE Problems - Cant figure this out - Printable Version

IE Problems - Cant figure this out by matty on 08-25-2004 at 12:41 AM
Ok my friend is using IE 6.0 now when he types a URL www.google.ca he gets a 404 error now if he types it with http:// in front it goes to the page... any ideas? Already had him flush his DNS and reinstall IE i just cant think of anything else.

Check out CookieRevised's reply to Internet Explorer Bug Help, specifically the Reg key, that might help.
