I saw a couple of people in the forums with an image with their Gmail address on it in their signature. I was wondering where they got it. So, I made a thread!

If i could get the code for that php script, I could make my own!

Omg, use photoshop, paint sho pro or gimp (which is far cheaper). That script looks good, but should change the width of the image dynamically basing itself in the length of the address and be a bit random in colors .

I'll give it a shot. (I suck at image editing)

I can't get the transparency right. Can someone help me with that?

when you save it look for a check box with preserve transparency or something along those lines, also make sure that you don't have a background layer.

I resolved the transparency issue.   (I used 256 colors instead of "True Colors") Here it is!

I really doubt mspain will do the trick.

it would be good if someone could make a php script that would check you usage and output it as an image that you could put on forums..

i don't think that's a good idea, as you'll have to sign in each time someone views your sig... =/ unless you make it like a 10 mins interval

Yes, but the second part could be easily read by a robot.

Something like me couldn't be used by a robot unless it was coded to detect that specific image, or it had some kind of OCR...

The important thing is not to make it a link, because if you do this:

i didnt... spam robots are annoying.. the spam problem isnt a problem but they also sent vireses... im not that stupid why do u think when u sign up in lots of places they ask you for the validation key

Well it's not my idea but there are other people using the same as you and its not their idea.
And on your signature u are purposing people to use the same as ou so if you are against people that use other's ideas why u doing that?.
