Found this the other day while searching the net for one. This is the smallest one I have seen yet, and the most easiest to use. You can take a fullscreen and other size screenshot. It's realy simple to use. Hope yall like it. P.S I think it beats the goold ol' print screen button on your keyboard...

You can set up the capture folder / filename and format.
You can reduce the capture size.
Auto-generate filename option will add the time stamp (date/time) to your filename in order to be able to take several captures without having to change the filename.
Optional sound when capture is done.
