Even after refreshing from the Server the page still isn't refreshed. It still says TB is the latest poster in his thread (http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=31233&action=lastpost)

Is the time at the top updating? 
The thread "Few quick questions" isn't in Help & Support... it was moved from there, and TB was the last poster before the move.

My Last visit is wrong as you can see the time in the statusbar compared to the itme on the forum. Something is wrong.

Actually, the server time is 2 minutes behind.
