You need to have been given an invite from Gmail, they're randomly given out...also this question can be answered on the Gmail FAQ...Why bother starting a thread?

it was the user atownjoe that gave me a invite, but at the top of the page it doesn't look anythin like your picture

its just a matter of waiting till you get invites coz i have 12 invites left but i dont know to who i'll give one coz all my buddy's have gmail allready 
(so im stuck with 12 invites now(

1) It's agaist the user agreement to have more than one Gmail account
2) You will get invites to give after a few days, neither I had invites when I got my account
3) Read what Beware said
