pppl keep on talking about this new floating contacts on desktop feature and stuff like that, how to enable this feature

In the contact list, right click a contact and go to Messenger Plus! Extras > Display on desktop, or hover over a name, wait for the Plus! icon to appear at the left from the name and click it, and choose Display contact on desktop
