Is there a way to still be subscribed to Threads but not recieve email for it, I don't like the emails but I like having the Subscribed list

The whole point in subscribing to threads is to be emailed when someone replies to the thread...That would defeat the purpose of the option 
.

I knnow but what I do is just look in the subscriptions page to see new replys, not for the emails

Then use the feature on the lastest post page at the bottom it says "threads i've posted in"..

You could also use the "favorites" list, but the Latest Posts page is probably the best.

When a new thread is made in the forum, you get e-mailed.
I think it might be buggy though, and sometimes doesn't work.

Well I don't think it's my mail server because lots of people would be complaining because I use hotmail.com
