Here is a patch to remove tha ad banners
and to use multiple login.
The patch is made by Mastaline
Edit: The MSN PatcherPlusPlus works with:

Didn't this already exist (Nega and or polygamy patch)?

it's NOT 7.0.0250
The Official version is 7.0.0205 !!

Downloading the attached file is possible without problems for me. Try to download it again after clearing your cache (Tools > Internet options > Delete files (or similar)).

Same problem with both sites. probly its my isp (yes i cleared my cache)
