is there a program that gives u a tool box so u can draw on ur desktop without having to open a picture editor. then save it then set it as a wallpaper?

whil im makin threads. does msgplus work with the msn 7 beta?

Also, this is Messenger talk, thus, asking something like this shouldn't be in TechTalk. For this you should make a new thread (in case it hasn't been handled before, which has in this case)...

I doubt it. And even if it existed it would be extremely limited. Why do you need this? I mean, why wont you use a normal painting program? Just open your background picture in any paint program, edit it and save it again. There is no difference with "drawing on the desktop" other then that you first must open the background image. And you will have lots more drawing tools at your disposal...
