I cannot seem to unmute it, for like the 'Wooow' sound. How do i? I just got it yesterday!

How did you mute it?...
Try reinstalling windows media player see if that works...then reinstall Plus and see.
Care to share your versions of MSN messenger, Plus, windows media player and windows?
Edit: Don't post more than once in a row, instead edit your previous post, you should have read this on the forum rules. Especially don't bump a thread after 3 minutes of no reply...

plus > preferences > instant messages > commands & tags > enable allow sound commands.
also, in general options > sound > enable play sounds while busy, if you want too.
