setup program for this program doesn't work !!! 
can anybody help ? when i double click the setup program, it crashes ... !

What do you mean by it crashes? Would you give us more details?
Also, have you tried redownloading the file from the server?

Also on downloading did u choose "open" or "save"?
I recommend "save" and install it from the folder you saved it in
