heey guyz
I'm facing this strange problem .... I cant see moving emoticons like this

and 
does anybody have a reasonable explaination ??

This is strange, you should tell us what windows version you use (certain versions may have problems with animated emoticons). Anyway, uninstall and re-install the latest version of Messenger available.
This should solve this kind of issues in most cases.
