The free freeweb accounts don't support PHP forums...If you want a nice simple easy to use and manage forum with minimum hastle use InvisionFree. It may look a little crappy, but without any PHP supporting webspace there's not much better...it may not be the best one for free, but for easy of use and features it's actually very good...

I would reccomend Invision Free aswell. It is quite functional and easy to use for the beginner web designer.

InvisionFree is really good. You should try it out. Once you get better at HTML coding, you can customize it quite a bit.

If you can find a free site hoster that supports PHP, you can probably find a copy of MyBB floating around on the Internet somewhere.

you don't have to know PHP to manage a PHP based forum. It can come in handy if you know some PHP but it's not necessairy. You only need a host that delivers MySQL and PHP to run a PHP based forum.

MyBB has an official website where you can download it...There's no need to "find it floating around the internet somewhere" you can just get it at
http://mybboard.com/downloads/download.php?action...uest&did=3type=zip

Another service like InvisionFree is ForumFlash - I believe it's free.
