i know my computer shop here in Australia sell D-link ADSL/DSL Modems  an to me from whaty i seen of them myself  while working they seem to be good enough for the job . i Personally use a Netcomm Modem myself NB1300 ADSL Modem that is , but its just like picking out a good reasonable ISP really, you get ya bad ones an ya good ones

D-Link is a low-end, average quality product. It'san OK product, but nothing special. If you have the Ca$h, then go for a higher-end product (Linksys are the best value imho.)

I have a (non-router) Lynksys modem, and it pwn3d all, where as my friend has a D-Link (non-router) modem and he's had nothing but problems. D-Link generall makes their poducts smaller, but in doing so lessens the over-all quality.
