are there some shortcuts for changing status?
and not like this:

because that takes to long 
and is there a plugin that you can custemize your own shortcuts for statussen?

you can create your own personalised status and assign them a shortcut and you can also create a quick text with /away,/busy, etc... and use its shortcut.
