Open Link in another browser not in IE by gexxy on 10-26-2004 at 11:01 PM

HI
I use maxthon that is a special tabbed browser based on internet explorer
It's my default browser, but when I click on a link in msn opens normal internet explorer
Is it possible to open maxthon instead ie?
thanks

is it your default browser, gexxy? If you have windows xp with sp2, you can go to Start> Set program access and defaults > custom > and change your web browser..(might be on the list) If it isnt, go intto maxthon and it'll prolly be in Tools> options (if those are there.)

If you're talking about a hotmail link, you will need Stuffplug NG.

its a plugin for plus!. install plus! and the plugin
Then to configure it, go to Plus! > Preferences > plug ins > select stuffplug ng, click the "configure button".

Then enable "open hotmail inbox in default browser"

"Open Hotmail inbox in default browser", but it doesn't work if you want to open a link someone send you in your default browser.
