Those files in the C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temp

What files can be deleted because I have alot there about 300mb are they all safe to delete?

i think they are safe to delete because they are only temporary files but how the hell did u manage to get 300MB of them :o

i had like 700mb, so that isn't to bad !!!!

oh and yeh they are all safe to delete

mine was like 20MB but now its under 1MB :)

It is NOT always safe to delete it right away!!!

Before you attampt to delete everything, do a reboot first...
And only after the reboot, before doing anything else, delete them...


This is because, for example: programs you have installed don't always get installed completely before you do a reboot. Some temporary script/install programs/logs are stored there and only when you do a reboot you make sure that everything of significans that is there is executed correctly.

Deleting stuff there without knowing exactly what it is can corrupt programs and/or installations...
