Well i was wondering when msn messenger or msg plus will make a new version where there would be animated display pics?

that isent currently possible (as far as anyone knows) without exploiting the protocol

Patchou will never incorparate animated display pictures into Messenger Plus!. The reason for this is because it is impossible to do using the MSN Messenger Protocol (Its just impossible).
However there has been much rumoured about "Deluxe Display Pictures" which have been described as animated .gif display pictures , so perhaps with a little patients it might happen.

they are html pictures, according to powerplus (i have it) and they are a put-together of different body parts, theres a girls and a boys, and apparently (rumors say) they are interchangable (head,body,legs) in powerplus they are manga figures.
