hm...i'm not sure if this has been asked before or not...nor do i even know if anyone else experiences this bug....but when i use a skinned msn messenger...the little icon in the text toolbar for plus! isnt there...
yet when i start msn messenger which hasnt been skinned, it show up and the popup menu works fine....
does anyone know why this is? is there a way to fix this?

It's a known issue when using skins. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about it.

The problem is with skins that have different background colours in that area. BooGhost mentioned it at ClearMSN Opinion Needed.
