To get games you WILL have to pay.
To get ringtones you MAY NOT have to pay, but it depends on what country you're in.

You have to view the site with WAP.
By bluetooth, do you mean from your PC to your phone with bluetooth?

Most of the downloads you can save as a .midi to your HDD.

For example:

is
http://wap.free-ringtones.eu.com/download/polyphonic/1682.mid

Nokia phones generally come with software on cd called "Pc Suite" which  allows heaps of cool features via infrared (assuming ur pc has infrared (both laptops here do)) look for one of those little squares like on your tv remote controls.

You can backup your phone contents (msgs, phonebook, calender, reminders etc) transfer pictures and photos to phone as well as a sound converter. This lets you get midi files of the internet of your favourite song and convert them to ringtone format (3 channels i think) and then transfer over infrared to the phone.
And the best thing about all this is that its FREE!!

p2p programs are not dissallowed, but Warez are.

You may be able to find it somewhere (but it would be a ware), but if your pc + phone has no infared reciever then you're screwed anyways (and if the phone didn't come with it then I doubt it supports it).

Edit: I looked at http://www.nokiausa.com/phones/3560/0,2803,feat:1,00.html and it doesn't look like the phone supports inf.

Sorry :-/

Are you sure you don't have WAP internet?

That's not very much for a phone. Phones range in price, but IMHO your phone isn't all that advanced :-/

Standard phone (no cam) $150-300 (no contract)
Camera phone $250 - 700 (no contract)
PDA/ Blackberry phone $500-1500 (no contract)

BTW, you look at http://www.nokiausa.com/phones/ you can see that the 3560 is actually one of the older Nokia models.
