hey

my plugin's do not work, whenever i download them it is just a zip file, and i cant do anything with it, the plugin wont even go in the plugins list, please help me

After you downloaded the plugins, extract em. Then see if there's a readme file with it wich usually holds instructions on how to install. It will be either running an .exe file or placing a .dll file into the plugins folder (C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! 3\Plugins), in both cases exit MSN messenger fully before installing.

Download WinZip from http://www.winzip.com

Extract = unzip, unrar (wichever method was used to compress the file).

It allows you to extract zip files.
It is free to trial for an unlimited time.

Get freeware and shareware zippers/unzippers here or have a look at unzipping compression freeware.
