basically you need to type in your email address, (the one that you receive emails to).  Then you need to write in your server (which for gmail would be pop.gmail.com (you should be able to find that out easily) then type in your user name, or just your email address and your password. And then you browse for the email client that you want to open, such as... Outlook

what about " Outgoing mail" and "incoming mail" on Opera...???
what must I write???

The POP3 feature of Messenger Plus! only checks your email, thus it checks incoming email, so that will be the server you need to fill in.

On the page you've provided, in the help-section you can find what exactly you need to fill in...

email address: <your full email address>
server: pop.gawab.com
port: 110
login: <your full email address>
