hey, i was just wondering if there's a setting that allows your status to be automatically set at 'appear offline' when you sign in?

what version of messenger are you using, on messenger plus 7.0 there is a feature to choose what your status will be before you sign in

You can use Jrnzloader for that (for MSN 7 use the universal one).
