Hey im new here but anyway ... maybe a stupid question but ...
I was wondering ... if theres a plugin or anything to make it seem like someone else say somthing you wanted them to say? ... anyway thanks

Messenger Discovery is capable of doing it (and no, it won't be in Plus!, I do not copy other's features).

Is MessengerDiscovery able to run with/while Plus! is?

yes. in fact the messengerDiscovery creators reccomend it
