OK in contact information it has a place to see when teh user was last online and it has a place that says Last New Chat. What is Last New Chat? The last time you chatted with that person? The last time they chatted with someone else? The last time they were in a MSN chatroom? If someone knows please help me out im confused.

"The last time you chatted with that person" is the correct answer

Last new chat is the last time you opened a conversation window with that contact.
