If the reputation of someone is 0, but they have been voted on, it should show up by their post.

having a reputation of zero because no-one has voted for you is different from having a reputation of zero because you have had two positive and two negative votes.

aye.... and if you wana know which it is, you look....  and it is the same... +2 + -2 = 0 its still an average of posts, and therefore, its the exact same neutral whether there have been votes or no

When the posts are being processed, the script does not know whether there have been votes or not. That would require extra querying, and I'm not gonna do it. Sorry.

Lazy WDZ :P
But in this case, it doesn't really matter. If someone has a rep of 0, you can still find out the votes by clicking their username, and looking at the Reputation entry (specifically the Details link).

its not just hes lazy it would put more load on the server

Yeah, keeping the code efficient is important to me. This is one decision that has nothing to do with laziness. :p

The benefit of that extra querying (showing a 0 or not) is simply not worth the sacrificed efficiency.

BTW, the reason the "Reputation: x" text is hidden when the reputation=0 is to save space and try to keep things simple and clean. If you don't see the text, you can automatically know that the reputation number is 0. :)
