Assuming that you do go to http://www.hotmail.com
Then there will be a link at the bottom which shows " forgotten password ? " OR Click Here
https://memberservicesnet.passport.net/ppsecure/M...EN&src=hotmail.com
Then enter the foll. info
1) E-Mail Id
2) Country/Region
3) State
4) Zip code (Postal code)
Then Click Next
NOTE:- If your not in America or Canada (Or some other countries) then u'll enter only country And E-mail id of course
Then Enter The Foll:-
1) Secret question selected or typed while making account (this is already given. U have to type only answer)
2) Secret answer typed while making account
3) New password
4) Repeat new password
Then click Continue and voila a new password.

Try this. This is the only legal way i know.
This doesnt mean i know illegal wayz and dont any dare twist what i said.

This means you typed in the wrong secret answer/the wrong password to many times as the person who is in your account has obviously changed it/them. So what msn does in this situation is it disables any one getting into your account for a short period of time (I think it's one or two days.) So during this time no one will be able to access your account.

If you told msn about the person who got into your account and changed your password you might be able to get it given back if you could some how prove it was your account in the first place.
