i have got a problem when trying to close msn messenger down

i dont know if this is Messenger Plus or just msn 7, however whenever i try to exit out of msn, i get the logging errors. something to do with invalid characters.
any help in solving this would be great as the error is annoying.

Get ScanXMLLogs, that will solve the problem.
Note: this program requires .NET framework, you will find a link to that on the same site
