There should be links to mirrors on the main site.

It works for me,  but if you can't enter the site, then I'm afraid there is nothing you can do, because without the validation key, you can't do a thing, and stuffplug.com is the only place that you can acquire one of these keys I'm afraid, so mirrors won't be useful at all in this case i'm afraid, unless of course you're talking about the original stuffplug, and not stuffplug ng, because if you are, then you should be able to get that from www.msgplus.net.

AndreY (I think it was him) had posted a mirrors list once. I can't remember where, you should look into the forums using the great and often forgotten search option

But as they said, if the main site doesn't work, you can't generate your key.
