ok it's pretty normal it isnt obscene and it isnt big!!

Yes it is big, especially with the margins on both sides. The limit lies around 150 pixels, both width and height.

ok changed it now is it good?(it'sthe same image in my post if it didnt change ur cache did that...)

Physical size is fine; perhaps you can reduce the 66 kB a bit further. Now your avatar has also lost its transparency.
