sorry but i know it is kinof a noobish question what does it mean when u say to vector an image?

It's when you basically re-create an image in an imaging program. I'm still working on this one, but here:

and how can u do that i got paint shop pro8 and i want to learn some new things?

I used fireworks. Someone posted a Photoshop tutorial a while ago but I thought it was kind dumb.

What I did in fireworks was outline the various aspects of the car with a black outline from the pen tool, then fill them with gradients and such to best match the paint job and shadows of the real one.

Is there a tutorial on how to apply a vector mask?
