I heard that both microsoft and sony r planning to release the new versions of their consoles. So i tried to find their pics and features. This is some of what i found.
Sony - Play Station 3 (P.S 3):- Well i found this pic. It looks more like an aeroplane than anything else. Is this it or is there anything better.

They were saying that sony's not saying how it exactly looks so its looks r still speculative.

Microsoft - X-Box 2:- Well i heard they r thinkin of releasing it before sony to get a head start and capture the market  or something of that sort.
I heard on a tv show called 'gamer tv' microsoft r going to release 2 types f xboxes. One with higher resolution and obviously higher price. This show is really reliable and in so many years it has not given any wrong info so i trust that this news is true.

Which one's better:- I dunno wanna start a war and plz dont. Just post in the poll and just state (Plz Dont Fight) why each ones good cause i wanna buy one. I think xbox has got better games and graphics but playstation's have all the ea games and more no. of games that i'd like to play. Also one huge factor is, X-Box has Halo.
So i'm confused which one to get. Whats the price difference cause i'm not gonna buy it from here but my bro is abroad and he'll bring it here when he comes
One last thing. Dont start a war cause in the end the question remains unanswered or satisfactorily answered.

I think all 3 PS3 images are 100% fake... and I don't see any difference between that image of 'xbox 2' and the current Xbox..

They're all purely concept, but you should but a xenon (xbox 2) ... its got better specs ...

if that Futuristic playstion is gonna be the next playstation im not gonna buy it, it looks really shit in my opinion.

Let me just state, ALL of those images you posted are 100% fake, that is a known fact.

The next gen consoles will be unveiled at this year's E3, and btw - those XBOX images have been around since before XBOX 1.


This one, though, did cause quite a stir a while back (yes, this one IS fake):

get xBox purely because you can get Emulators to play loads of different console games for them

that xbox is hilarious its just the xbox with a sticker on... lmfao..

I prefer having a really good PC with a nice graphic card...

Last console I had was a Sega Genesis 32 bits...

But come on, surely you can buy consoles for the specific games that aren't on the pc, there are many great games that you can't purchase for your computer, and without a great console (xbox ) you can't buy them/play them can you?! I would have both ...

I think that they are actually releasing it before we all think, but thats what I just heard, I don't know whether its true or not though. With the current specifications of the xbox 2, it will pwn the ps3 straight away, the specs are almost twice that of the ps3 ... I'm sure that they'll have no trouble at all on selling the xenon... I heard that they are releasing two aswell... its the specifications that they're having, they're having the 'pimped out' and the 'not-so pimped-out' ... By the way, that 'xbox 2' picture you have is a xbox...

Abz, nice concepts, where did you get them from? I like the one on the right, its much nicer ... the other one looks like someone has got a chainsaw and hacked parts of the xbox away then spraypainted it silver...

Not much is know about both consoles yet. About 80% of the news your hear about them are rumors, probally 70% of those will turn out not to be true in the end. The photo's you see on the net are all fake.  Some of them may be concept art (highly doubtfull though), but even then that doesn't mean it will look like that at the end.

I never care about "which console is better" and don't even care a lot about how the console looks. I recommend you to wait until both consoles are out and then play on both (not just once) before you buy anything. Also look which games are comming out for which console. In the end eveything that really counts is gemplay and fun... not how the console look or if the CPU is a bit faster then the other console.

John, I doubt there is a possibility of going for any of us, other than Patchou of course... and anyone else who has a lot of money and booked like a year in advance, its held in california afaik... and its the biggest gaming event... its held every year and holds some of the greatest stalls and events there...

I don't see why that purple playstation 3 isn't possible, its quite aesthetically pleasing in my opinion... its easy on the eyes, and I like the disk tray thing...
