i have got ict coursework. one of my tasks is to produce 'hardcopy evidence' the problem is im not quite sure what is ment by that? is it just a print out?

Dunno either. But in those cases it indeed often means "something on paper". Can't you ask your teacher or fellow students for more clarification?

i could ask my ict teacher but hes bloody useless, just mumbles doodles on your work and walks off, no-one likes him, no-one properly gets what he means by hardcopy evidence either.

It simply means proof on paper. (Screenshots, etc)
