Well, there used to be no index file, so you would have seen a 403 Forbidden error. I think I added that index within the last year...

That's one reason why I think a link is unnecessary.

Also, the page is more for experienced members, and if they can't remember the URL, they can guess it, or bookmark it when someone posts it.
